It’s mid-July 2023 and the news is full of alarming reports of high temperatures around southern Europe. The Acropolis in Greece recently closed during the hottest hours of the day to protect visitors from temperatures exceeding 40°C (104°F).
I’m pleased to report that here in Magoito our weather hovers between a daytime high of 22°C (71.6°F) and a nighttime low of 18°C (64.4°F), with lots of sun. The Atlantic here has a moderating effect against extreme temperatures.
